Ordering and Payment

Once you place an order and complete payment (or select Cash on Delivery where available), you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the book and send you a shipping notification. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and leading digital wallets. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

Shipping and Delivery

Avarani (Boi Toi) ships across India through vetted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines—displayed at checkout—are approximate and may be affected by stock availability, geographic location, or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions. You will receive tracking details upon dispatch. If you provide incorrect address details, any additional charges for re-delivery will be charged to you.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer a seven (7)-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as Site credit within seven (7) working days of receipt and inspection. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 10-12 business days for any cancellations. Please note that undergarments, custom-embroidered pieces, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

Promotions and Discounts

Occasionally, we may offer promotional codes, seasonal sales, or loyalty rewards. Each offer will carry its own terms, including minimum order values. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are subject to cancellation or modification at our discretion.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant garment. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
